Aman is currently leading the fastest growing TV channel of Bangladesh – GTV. Aman Ashraf Faiz with his 20+ years of work experience is known for his marketing excellence in Brand Building, Media Channel Management, Brand Activation, Rural Marketing and OOH Media, Marketing Research and PR Management. He has lead brand building and communication deployment for all Unilever brands in Bangladesh. He pioneered formal Rural Marketing Channel in Bangladesh and led the largest rural activation of the market. He was also involved in the most talked about BOP projects in the region EOK (East Of Kanpur) by Ogilvy and Project Shakti by MART. Aman rolled out Project Shakti counterpart in Bangladesh PROJECT JOYEETA which was later replicated in Philippines and some other countries by Unilever. As a thought leader Aman with his academic background of statistics and professional experience in marketing has initiated and originated many Media tools, Operating Procedures and Models that includes RDI (Relative Development Index for rural market prioritization), A&P Budgeting tool, Rural Marketing SOP, OOH site evaluation method etc. which were later cascaded across markets by Unilever, Ogilvy, Mindshare (falcrum), Telenor (Grameenphone), etc. Aman inspired and transformed the teams in many leadership roles including Grameenphone marketing team to drive efficiency, innovation and automation. He was instrumental to launch international sports content from GTV. Some of the milestones that he initiated from GTV are; Innovative TV channel re-launch with clear brand positioning “Ami Ja Dekhi Tumi Ki Ta Dekho”, introducing BREAKFREE EID FEST, Giving sight to blind through TV program “SHOPNO DEKHE CHOCK” etc. He also led major milestone media projects of the country namely, Close up 1, Lux Channel i Super Star, Lux Channel I Performance Award (UAE), 1st simulcasting in 7 TV channels & 4 Radio & 2 Webcast: GP’s Duniya Kapano 30 Min, Amar Desh Amar Gorbo, Power Voice, Fair & Handsome -The Ultimate Man, Grameenphone Power Play (BPL) etc. He was pioneer in introducing break free media contents in Bangladesh. He has passion to share knowledge and facilitate learning in the space of media, marketing and business models.
