Proven track record on turning consumer insights and trends into product innovation and persuasive communications, pragmatic leadership, brand strategy development and driving sales in Bangladesh.

Currently heading the brand, marketing & sales of wide brand portfolio of Confectionery category as Head of Marketing & Sales in Bangladesh’s largest FMCG Company. Holding the 55% market share in Bangladesh’s confectionery industry. In my current capacity am responsible for the top line and bottom-line growth with leadership. Focused on revenue and profit growth, market share improvements and building long-term brand equity.
