Mei Lee is currently the senior vice president, marketing solutions at Lazada, Alibaba Group. She is an industry veteran with 15 years of experience in digital strategy, marketing, technology and data.
Prior to Lazada, Mei was the Senior Vice President of Digital & E-commerce at the COMO Group overseeing the digital transformation and marketing strategy of the group’s luxury retail, hospitality, restaurant, and lifestyle brands across Southeast Asia. Prior to her relocation to Singapore from New York City in 2015, she was the Vice President of Marketing at Conde Nast where she was responsible for digital video marketing for media brands such as GQ, Vogue, WIRED, Golf Digest, Vanity Fair and Teen Vogue.
In the last decade, she has held a number of management positions in prestigious companies such as Conde Nast, J.Crew, Omnicom and Disney. Mei holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Chinese and a Master’s degree in Information Technology specializing in five computer-programming languages. Google YouTube has certified Mei for video production and audience development expertise. She is a recipient of the Brand Innovators “40 under 40 Brand Marketer” award, Asia’s Top 50 Women Leaders, and has guest blogged for LinkedIn.com and Harvard Business Review Online
