Sam has worked in the media and advertising industry for 11 years, working across multiple categories including Auto, Beauty, Retail, QSR, Government, FMCG, Alcohol, Entertainment and Travel in both Australia and the US.
At MediaCom Sam was the strategic lead for The Entertainment Division from 2010-2012, working across Universal Pictures/Music, Carnival Australia Cruises and EA Games. He then moved to NYC where he led the Revlon and Audi accounts – overseeing both the global relaunch of the Revlon brand and a record breaking 41 months of successive business growth on Audi. Immediately prior to joining Initiative, Sam was the national strategy lead for UM Australia working with brands such as Coca-Cola, OPTUS, NSW Gov, Lion, J&J and Tourism Australia. Across this period, he was named ‘Australian Planning Idol’ by the APG and won various local and global awards for his work on Coke (MFA, Festival of Media, Cannes). Sam is now thrilled to have joined the Initiative team and is growing the product across the Strategy, Communications Design, and Studio disciplines.
