Sophie Price is the Chief Strategy Officer of UM Australia and the Vice Chair of the APG. She is one of country’s most experienced and awarded planners. Sophie has also directed planning at creative agencies including The Campaign Palace and The Monkeys and this is her second national role with UM, having left the agency as National Strategy Director in 2007 to pursue her career with creative agencies.
As a true ‘hybrid’ planner, Sophie’s brand and connection planning capabilities combined with an emphasis on strong planning/creative relationships has resulted in some of Australia’s most famous and effective campaigns in recent years including Tontine ‘Date Stamp’ campaign. This work won 2 Cannes Lions and Grand Prix awards from the Australian Effies and the Media Federation of Australia (MFA).
