Caroline is the CEO of Mindshare Hong Kong. During her 2 years’ stay, Mindshare HK has been successfully transforming to an agency of future, with content, performance marketing, data analytics, and strategic business solutions offerings.  Mindshare Hong Kong was named as Best Integrated Agency of the Year by Marketing Magazine, and Media Agency of the Year by Campaign Asia in 2018. Before joining Mindshare, Caroline was the Regional Director of ESP Properties, the content unit dedicated to sports and entertainment sponsorship business within GroupM. She worked for brands on sponsorship strategy consultancy and through-the-line sponsorship project management.

She has rich experience in various account portfolios from telecom, travel, banking and finance to beauty and luxury brands categories. Caroline was named Agency Head of the Year, Greater China 2018, one of the ‘Woman To Watch 2015’ and Media Planner of the Year 2006 by Campaign Asia.

Leveraging her experience and network in the industry, Caroline is passionate to support charities organizations such as Mother’s Choice, Hong Kong AIDS Foundation and Sedan Chair Charities Fund by managing and participating in their marketing campaigns and activities
