As Global Brand Manager for Assicurazioni Generali, Fortune 500 company, third largest Insurance company in Europe, Caroline has amplified and refined brand impact by driving change across 60 markets and 72,000 employees.

Caroline is responsible for digital transformation, creation and activation of brand strategy and media, driving business efficiencies, improving sales approach, and improving lead generation. Designing a complex Global Content Strategy for the Group, to improve Brand Preference with a multi-channel distribution strategy across a wide range of multi-functional departments.

Previously, Caroline held a Head of Marketing role within B2B Marketing with Generali PanEurope overseeing their European Marketing sector.
