Glenn joined BCG in 2019 as a Senior Director in the BCG Omnia group and leads the Marketing Catalyst team globally.
Glenn joins BCG bringing nearly 30 years of experience as a marketing effectiveness expert, consultant, and entrepreneur.
Through his work serving a wide portfolio of multi-national clients, Glenn has been an innovator in the field of marketing analytics and helped companies improve their return on marketing investment.
Glenn also has experience in the public sector. In his capacity as an expert in marketing effectiveness, Glenn was asked to evaluate the marketing effectiveness for the UK Government’s Department of Health marketing group, working across campaigns such as tobacco, stroke, sexual health, alcohol and obesity.
Glenn is the author of ‘Raindancing: Why rational beats ritual’, where he sets out the case for using data to inform marketing decision making. Glenn was a founding partner of Edge Consulting, an analytics consulting firm which was sold to Accenture in 2002; and a founding partner and CEO of marketingQED, which developed marketing effectiveness software, and was sold in 2016.
Glenn has been an expert judge for the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA) advertising effectiveness awards 2004, 2011, 2012.
Glenn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Oxford, as well as an MA in Philosophy from the University of London
