From a leading role within IPG Mediabrands (primarily supporting the core brands UM and Initiative), Victor is overseeing new business, strategy, communication planning, creative output, and thought leadership for IPG clients across CEE (Central Eastern Europe) region.
Part of a broader team responsible for interpreting data about consumers and brands in order to generate piercing consumer insights, Victor is having the ability to frame activity around compelling connection ideas, and is being able to translate those ideas into integrated / amplified channel plans and ultimately making all of this results oriented.
Part of his skill set is the fact that he was working closely within a seamlessly integrated McCann Worldgroup team, covering all communication disciplines, with Digital DNA and Social at heart. With successful campaigns rooted in New Media, this integration brought himself a broad understanding of technology and latest trends in advertising in general, while delivering the highest recognition in international festivals: 28 Cannes Lions in 4 years (2 Grand Prix), Agency of the Year @ Eurobest in 2015, Agency of the Year @ FOMG in 2016 (7 Gold awards, 1 silver, 1 bronze + Grand Prix for the best campaign in 2016), 2 times Agency of the Year @ Golden Drum, 3 Grand Effies in the last 4 years.
Victor has a Degree in Marketing and a Master’s Degree in Communication.
