Ana Maria Henao is the Marketing Vice-President of PepsiCo Latin America since October 2018, leading the Brand Content & Connections team for both food & beverages brands with the objective to better serve people thru the identification of consumer-inspired and data-informed opportunities to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing.
Ana Maria has +20 years’ of Marketing experience at PepsiCo, SABMiller (now part of Anheuser-Busch company) and Procter & Gamble, she has worked in a variety of roles across developed and emerging markets. During her career, Ana Maria has led the development and launch of mainstream and luxury brands, turned around businesses, worked with mass and prestige channels, run acquisitions/integrations and transformed commercial functions to embrace the challenges of the digital era.
She is a graduate from EAFIT University in International Business and has pursued continued education at Singularity University, Stanford Business School, Columbia Business School and Hyperisland in the subjects of Exponential & Digital Transformation and Business Leadership.
