As the Strategy and Communications Planning lead in NY at Wavemaker, Belinda is responsible for helping to grow a practice that establishes a holistic view of the consumer along the purchase journey, identifies opportunities that unlock business growth, and defines the role that content, media and technology for clients’ businesses.
Belinda has been with the GroupM network for over 12 years. Her career is rooted in strategic planning with a handful of years in a hybrid digital investment role. She has recently helped clients such as Campbell’s, IKEA, and T.Rowe Price solve for business challenges through an audience first approach grounded in data and analytics. She has instilled Wavemaker’s consumer journey thinking throughout many organizations, which has become a critical component of many client briefs and into their own communication planning processes.
Belinda was selected as one out of 13 members globally to join Wavemaker’s Thrive Talent Team in Cannes in 2016 and has previously won Festival of Media awards in two categories – Best Use of Native and Best Use of Real-Time Media.
