Marc has been with the Dentsu Aegis group for 23 years now. He was first hired by Strategem in 1996 as an assistant media planner. In 1998, the year that Strategem became part of the international group Aegis Media and changed its name to Carat, Marc was assigned as account director and led clients such as Club Med, Danone, Birks, Fidelity Investments, Chivas Regal and Sports Experts.
In 2006, Marc was assigned GM for Vizeum Montreal, a new entity in Canada at the time. He overlooked accounts such as Cascades, Total Canada and Transat. He was named VP in 2010 and was responsible of all client relationships and agency development. His expertise in both retail and image campaigns has made him a very versatile media manager, with a large vision and curiosity for all kind of businesses.
Since January 2017, Marc oversees Montreal’s Dentsu Aegis investment branch, Amplifi. Marc was also a vice-president on the CDMQ (Conseil des Directeurs Médias du Québec) from 2013 to 2016, where he acted as a jury on the annual Infopresse Prix Média competition in 2014 and president of that same jury a year later. He has a bachelor degree in Communications (Université de Montréal), and has now become one of the teacher there, being responsible of the media management course.
